Aluminium Fluoride

Aluminium Fluoride, molecular formula: AlF3, is mainly used to adjust the molecularratio in aluminium electrobath, lower the smelting point of media and increasethe conductivity of electrolyte. It is also used as the inhibitor in alcoholicfermen tation, the flux of vitreous enamel around the ceramics and the flux ofthe non-iron metal etc. The wet method of making non-water AlF3 in our factory canrestrain the environment pollution, enhance the production yield and reduce thecost in aluminium electrolysing. Its installed capacity is 5000 tons per year.Its merits are shown below: 1.The main content is high while the impurity is low; 2.Low water and low hydrolyzation loss while adding the materials during the production;3.Thick size, low flying loss during the production and fast melting.
